Our global team and advisory board join us with extensive experience addressing the barriers that multi-bottom line SME’s and socially conscious investors face in investing. Each member brings original qualifications and contributions. As we continue to grow we are looking forward to meeting new talent and are always looking for a few qualified candidates.

Andre Wegner
Andre has a MA in International Relations and Modern History from St. Andrews, Scotland and has just finished his MSc in Strategy & Management of International Business in Paris. He joined the IDG team in June 2007 and helped transition the platform concept from knowledge portal to social business gateway. Previously Andre experimented with government and charity before deciding business was the most effective way to tear the remaining billions out of poverty.
Andre is currently busy with the business upload process, user experience, corporate communication and making sure we are doing all we can to turn excitement into success.
Atreya Rayaprolu

Atreya joins IDG having previously focused on Intellecap’s investment banking services, leading various engagements with international funds identifying investment potential in various sectors that positively impact social and rural development. Atreya is currently devoting his time to IDG in a management capacity.
Atreya brings with him rich expertise in Investment Advisory along with a deep understanding of technology. Before joining IDG and Intellecap, he spent time at ICICI Bank structuring and raising offshore funds focused on making investments into Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in emerging economies. Atreya holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT-Delhi and a PGPM from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Emily Stenning
Emily StenningEmily joined the IDG team of Intellecap at the end of October 2007. She is working on developing a social rating methodology for the platform and building partnerships to ensuring maximum entrepreneur outreach across India.
After graduating she spent a year implementing an educational focused charity in a rural township in Kenya. Realizing the limitations of providing unconditional aid and having had the experience of setting up a small scale microfinance project her interests in international development have shifted into more sustainable alternatives. Before moving to Hyderabad she spent a year working as an analyst for an ethical investment service.
Devin McIntire
Devin joined IDG in October 2007 to pursue his passion for building the social enterprise sector by helping entrepreneurs utilize technology to communicate and achieve their goals. He is currently working on site design, connecting with funders, and our communication/knowledge portal strategies.
Devin has a BA from U.C. Berkeley focused on the positive possibilities of globalization and has lived and worked abroad in Mexico, Ecuador, Singapore and Tanzania most recently, where he worked for EcoVentures International consulting with local environmental entrepreneurs. Prior to Tanzania, Devin worked for Ashoka marketing social entrepreneurship and David Bornstein’s fantastic introduction to the field “How to Change the World”
